This experience is all about the flavors! Taste simple, delicious and nutritious food, while learning the ways of mindful eating. You'll have the opportunity to learn from our holistic culinary nutritionist as she takes you on a tasting tour around the islands. Sit down for your own private nutrition consult to see how you can level up towards your wellness goals. Peruse the farmer's market and pick out something fresh for your next meal - or perhaps dessert! You'll leave feeling nourished and more knowledgeable about how to create the vibrancy you deserve!

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you MUST cancel 14 days in advance of the booking date. Cancellations made a full 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made any less than 24 hours in advance will NOT receive a refund.
